Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over £50. If the cost of your order is below this amount, then shipping costs range from £5. We use a reliable shipping service, Royal Mail, to deliver our products, which guarantees fast and secure delivery of your order.
How soon can I expect my order?
Your UTEKI order will be shipped via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you can typically expect your order to arrive within 24-48 hours.

I have not received my package. What should I do?
If you have not received your UTEKI package within the expected delivery timeframe, we recommend checking the tracking information provided by Royal Mail on their website at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly to report the issue and initiate an investigation. You can do so through their website or by calling their customer service hotline at 03457 740 740.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns and Cancellations
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the option to return items to us for store credit, which can be used within 12 months. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with the original packaging.
You can initiate a return by using the Contact Us function on our website within 7 business days of receiving your items.
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return postage. We are also happy to facilitate exchanges.
Please note that we only accept returns initiated from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
My order arrived damaged, help!
As a part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we are pleased to assist you if your order is damaged during transit, which is a rare occurrence. If there is a defect in the product that you only notice upon opening it, you may return it to us for a replacement. To arrange for a return, please use our Contact Us feature.
Please keep in mind that, in order to receive a replacement product or a refund, the merchandise must be returned to us, unless otherwise specified. Please provide us with your order number, name, a picture, and a description of the damage when you contact us.
Can I cancel an order?
We regret to inform you that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. It is important that you carefully review your product selection and shipping details prior to placing your order to avoid any issues.
