Orders

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. You can follow the tracking for your most up to date order status.

If the tracking for your order is still in transit and has not updated after 72 hours, please reach out to our team below and provide us with your order number, tracking number, and confirmed shipping address and we’d be happy to work with our carriers to get this resolved.

Can I modify my order?

Once orders are placed we are unable to add or remove products from the order. We can edit shipping addresses should those need to be updated, but please try and reach out to us ASAP as we ship orders fast!

When is my order processed?

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM will begin processing on the following Monday. The Uteki Beauty Shop Customer Care Team will contact you with a follow-up email if the product(s) you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification

What should I do if a promo code isn´t working?

Our promo codes are case sensitive so please make sure you have entered the code exactly as it appears. If that still does not work and the promotion is still in the valid timeframe, please reach out to info@uteki-beautyshop.com and we will be happy to help you!

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

We accept one promo code per order. If you are lucky enough to have two, choose the one you want to use now and save the second one for your next order.

Payments

What forms of payment do I have?

We offer secure online ordering and accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Appel Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

The zip code entered in the billing address at checkout must match the zip code on file for your selected payment method for the payment to be processed through.

Are my online purchases safe?

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping to USA on orders over $50.

How soon can I expect my order?

Please plan 2 days processing time from the time you place your order to the time it ships out. All orders are shipped from US. You must add the days it takes for the shipment.

STANDARD SHIPPING: You will receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships. The expected transit time is 5-7 business days depending on where you are located. Standard shipping costs a rate of $7. If your order is $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes) then the standard shipping method is free.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: You will receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships. The expected transit time is 1-3 business days depending on where you are located. Express shipping costs a rate of $10.

SHIPPING TO CANADA: You will receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships. The expected transit time is 5-7 business days depending on where you are located. Standard shipping costs a rate of $7. If your order is $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes) then the standard shipping method is free.

At the moment, we have our warehouse in the US, please note that your country may charge you taxes and duties on your parcel. We recommend checking with your local agencies for further information on taxed and duties payable.

I have not received my package. What should I do?

If your order is marked as delivered and you have not received the order, please wait 24 hours before reaching out to our team below. When you do reach out, please confirm the correct shipping address so we can work with our carriers on retrieving your package.

We also recommend asking your local carrier, neighbors, and building manager in case they have seen your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the US and Canada. Soon we will reach more countries.

Returns and Cancellations

What is your returns policy?

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order:

  • Items can be returned back to us for store credit which is valid for 12 months.

  • Your items will need to be in their original condition, unopened, unused, in the original packaging

  • You can create a return by using the Contact Us function of our website within 7 business days of receiving your items.

  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

  • Should you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to facilitate this.

We only accepts returns from info@uteki-beautyshop.com. If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.

My order arrived damaged, help!

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we are more than happy to offer assistance, in the rare instance that your order arrives damaged in transit. If there is a defect in the product only noticed upon opening the product, then it may be returned to us for a replacement. To organize a return, please Contact Us.

Please note that in order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund the merchandise must be returned to us, unless otherwise stated.

Please include your order number, name, a picture and description of the damage.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any cancellation. Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully and that you enter you shipping information correctly.
